The charge to take the Working with Education Agents Course (WEAC) is €495. This fee is inclusive of all course content, a companion workbook which you can either print out or fill in digitally, the final exam, and a shareable certificate.
The course is designed to be self-paced and asynchronous, giving you the flexibility to complete it at your own convenience. On average, students typically complete the course in 10-15 hours. However, the duration may vary depending on the time you dedicate to exploring specific topics.
You must be an education provider or educator working or planning to work in the international education sector to enrol in the course. English proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of 5.0 (TOEFL iBT 35 minimum) is advisable for candidates with English as a second language.
Getting the final certification does not require participation at an ICEF event, nor are the course takers vetted or required to provide partner references to complete training and testing.
The WEAC has been exclusively designed for educators. If you are a student counsellor or education agent, you can take our foundational ICEF Agent Training Course (IATC) to gain a deeper understanding of the international education sector.
The Working with Education Agents Course (WEAC) exam is the final section of the online course. There is no extra fee to access the exam.
You will receive your exam results as soon as you complete the test and submit it. The passing score for the WEAC exam is 80%, which means you need 24 correct answers to receive your shareable course certificate.
If you have completed all course modules, and have scored 80% or above in the final assessment, you will receive your WEAC certificate and badge via email between 2 to 7 business days.
