If you’ve completed your course, it’s time to take the formal exam. The style and length of exams differ depending on the course you’ve taken – most comprise of a set of multiple choice questions to be completed in a set timeframe. View individual products for details.

To complete your booking and receive your exam link you’ll need:

• To ensure your Agency Profile in your My Account section is complete.
• To upload a photograph of your formal ID or passport to identify you as the person taking the test. A secure link will be provided for you to do so via email after you’ve purchased the exam. If you do not receive this email after purchasing please check your spam folder.
