Badge Usage Guidelines

A personal badge with a unique ID number is issued to every candidate who successfully passes a certification exam. These badges can be used under the following terms and conditions.

Badge Usage:

  1. The badges may only be used by graduates who have received formal notice of entitlement from ICEF, along with the original artwork and usage guidelines. It is not permitted to use any badges received or acquired from other sources. Such activity will be considered fraudulent by ICEF and may result in exclusion from future ICEF events or services.
  2. The badges, including their registration numbers, may not be altered in any way. The only permitted alteration is having the white, rather than the ICEF blue version of the badge when placed on a dark background.
  3. The badges may only be used against a plain background.
  4. The badges should not be set below 150px or 0.75cm.
  5. All design applications should provide a clear space around the badges.
    You may include your badge in your e-mail signature, post it on your website, and upload it on your LinkedIn and other social media profiles, provided that you include a link to the official ICEF website: www.icef.com/academy.
  6. You may feature your badge on your business cards or any other printed materials.

Terms and conditions for use:

ICEF reserves the right to revoke recognition from graduates in certain circumstances, including (but not limited to) graduates passing/forwarding their badge to others.
