To download your certificate:
1. Login to your ICEF Academy account using your registered email ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘reset password’.
2. Click ‘Download Now’ on the homepage banner, OR go to the ‘My Account’ page and click ‘My Certificates’
3. Agree to adhere to the ICEF Agent Code of Conduct, if you haven’t already done so.
4. Click ‘Download Certificate’.

Yes, your old certificate remains valid, but it will no longer appear in the ‘My Certificates’ section of the ‘My Account’ section.
