    Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities

Our advertising and sponsorship opportunities help build your brand and grow your business. Advertising at ICEF Digital and other ICEF events provides significant international exposure for your organisation, increasing your brand visibility and networking potential.

See our website to view and reserve sponsorship items or contact your account manager to build a customised package.

    T&Cs on parallel events

To ensure that we are able to provide the best experience for all attendees, we would like to draw your attention to two sections in our event terms and conditions. Section 11 specifically prohibits participants from organising any side event (be it hospitality, seminar, or tour), which entices attendees to leave during the programme. Should you wish to organise an event outside of programme times, where attendance is linked to the ICEF event, then ICEF must be notified in advance and approval must be received in writing. Additionally, section 12 mandates that any event, seminar, party, reception or tour organised before or after an ICEF event, with the intention of attracting or inviting event attendees, must be applied for and authorised no less than three months in advance please.

    Brella Event Application

This year, we’ve partnered with Brella, a mobile app designed to enhance your event experience.

The Brella app provides easy access to information in real-time about the event, exhibitors, speakers, floorplan and agenda. We encourage you to create your profile in the Brella app as it will allow you to network and chat with participants even before the event has started.

Download the Brella app for your mobile phone or tablet on the respective app store and once installed, select the ‘Sign in’ option and use the email address you used to purchase your ticket online / register for the event. Next, choose ‘Join new event or community’ and follow the instructions to set up your event profile.

We will be sending out invitations to gain access to Brella two weeks prior to the event. Find the full guide on how to use Brella here.

    Programme & Seminars

ICEF Digital explores the integration of digital technologies into international education and student recruitment, shedding light on topics ranging from artificial intelligence and blockchain to digital marketing and recruitment platforms.

In addition to talking about the latest innovations we also make sure to talk with the actual innovators themselves. Expect industry experts, founders of start-ups, digital-savvy agents & educators and senior executives of established digital and AI solutions such as MailChimp, Microsoft, Instagram, Gecko and META (more to come). The day will conclude with a networking reception, and the full program will be available on Brella two weeks prior to the event.

Watch both last year’s highlights as well as testimonials.

    Exhibitor Area

Exhibitors can access their Point-of-Displays (PODs) at 07:30 on Saturday, November 02. The exhibition area will be open for all participants from 08:00 onward.

Exhibitors wanting to purchase extra equipment for their PODs can do so by downloading the order form and send it back to us using digital@icef.com

    Forwarding of Promotional Material

Your materials for ICEF Digital may arrive in Berlin from Tuesday, October 29, 2024 onwards (but not before) allowing you sufficient time to check if your packages have been delivered correctly. Please contact a courier of your choice. It is very important that you include a proforma invoice. Inspections of deliveries with incomplete documents can take up to four weeks. When calculating the amount of promotional materials to send to Berlin for your 4m² Point-of-Display (POD), please bear in mind the refreshment and lunch breaks we do have during the day between the sessions. Shipping Label is available here.

    Sustainable Alternatives

As we will be using the mobile event app Brella prior and during ICEF Digital 2024, all participants can edit their profiles as part of their event preparations. In addition, if you’d like to make an impression at your dedicated POD here are some suggestions to help you stand out:

    • Reusable table top roller banner
    • QR code to your website/brochures/offers
    • Sustainable giveaways for your potential partners
    • Laptops – power is provided at each table, take your partners through your presentations and videos

Please also consider using local suppliers to cut down international shipping. Organizations having booked a 4m² Point-of-Display (POD) may bring a pull up banner.

Please be aware that although Wi-Fi will be provided, we recommend downloading your event materials, presentations and videos directly to your device for your meetings. This helps reduce GHG emissions and ensures the network traffic is not overloaded.

    On-site Check-in

You will be able to collect your badge from the ICEF registration desk located at the entrance to the Potsdam Area on Saturday, November 02 from 07:30 onward.

Anyone not wearing a badge may not be admitted into the event area. Please also understand that we cannot allow non-registered family, friends or staff to enter the conference & exhibition area.
