Following 2025’s sold out event, the immensely popular ICEF Dubai returns in February 2026 to celebrate its 20th anniversary, enabling educators and service providers from around the world to meet with quality, ICEF-screened agents specialising in student recruitment from across the MENA region.

This important and diverse region, with its large, youthful population – around 50% of which is under the age of 24 – represents a significant opportunity.
