Familiarisation (FAM) tours and receptions are excellent opportunities to promote your organisation to event attendees. With the flexibility to tailor every event element, reinforce your brand by making it unique and memorable.
FAM tour organisers may determine all logistics, conditions and costs associated with their tour, including which event participants are accepted to join, and which are not.
ICEF will not get involved in the organisation of FAM tours, but simply ensure relevancy for event participants as well as an equal representation of tours to all delegates.
All delegates interested in attending FAM tours will be asked to make direct contact with the tour organiser. Organisers are responsible for confirming or declining acceptance directly with participants.
FAM tour organisers wishing to promote their tour through ICEF are required to submit a proposal. All proposals are subject to approval by ICEF.
FAM tours may only be offered outside of event related activities and times.
Reception Guidelines
Reception organisers may determine all logistics, conditions, and costs associated with their event, including acceptance criteria for event participants and other business partners.
ICEF will not get involved in organising receptions, but will ensure receptions are relevant for event participants and offer an equal number of receptions to all delegates.
All event participants interested in attending a reception will be asked to make direct contact with the organiser. Organisers are responsible for confirming or declining acceptance directly with participants.
Receptions may only be offered outside of event-related activities and times.

Afternoon
• 4:30 PM - Welcome for all agents on the terrace with an Local wine.
• 5:00 PM - Tour of Ecotur facilities (all classrooms).
• 7:00 PM - Spanish tapas and pinchos tasting on the Olympia terrace, accompanied by a wine tasting.
External guests can attend for €10/person. The tapas will be prepared by students from the
professional certificates program.

Morning -
• 9:00AM - guided tour of Valencia's city center.
• 11:30 AM - Coffee break and a key speaker & presentation (approx. 1.5 hours) at Adeit ( Valencia
University ) after a guided tour of Valencia's city center. Departure from Ecotur at 9:00 AM.
• 2:00 PM - Lunch at Patacona Beach after a tour of the City of Arts and Sciences without leaving the
bus.
Afternoon -
• 7:30 PM - Free time to visit the Valencia Marina (Ecotur team will accompany those who wish to
visit). Return on your own.
Sunday, 18 May 2025
• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure for Madrid (ICEF Madrid Event):
On Sunday, attendees will have the option to travel to Madrid to participate in the ICEF Madrid
event.
