Navigating college enrolment declines in the US: The shift to a more strategic approach to international recruitment

The rapid growth of international education, projected to hit the 9 million mark by 2030, has been accompanied by seismic changes to established industry norms. Among these, shifting student priorities has seen interest slide away from “the big four” study destinations of Australia, Canada, the US, and UK, to a number of fiercely competitive destinations around the world.

For institutions across the big four, these changing priorities pose nothing less than an existential threat, and it has caused a wholesale review of the international student experience, from recruitment to graduation. Primarily, it is recognised that institutions must move away from enrollment-focused outcomes to embrace a comprehensive strategy that prioritizes student outcomes.

In this webinar, our panelists discuss the evolution of a more strategic approach to international student recruitment.
